Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK and most international countries.
What payment method can I use?
We accept the following:

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we occasionally have sales and free shipping codes, these will always be announced via our social media platforms.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive a unique tracking code within the email address provided by you when the order was placed.
How do I return an item?

How long should I leave it before contacting you about a missing order?
We aim to process your order within 24 hours. However, sometimes it can be longer due to factors beyond our control.
If your order has been despatched and you have received the confirmation email but have not yet received your item, Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until the following days have passed:
- 15 working days in the UK
- 30 working days in Europe
- 35 working days for the rest of the world
Please understand action cannot be taken until the following days have passed.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately not, all sales are final - so please double check details before placing your order.
How will I know if my order was placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email almost immediately after placing your order. Please check your junk mail also. If after 1 hour you have not received the confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. There could be a chance it was misspelt at the checkout.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Please email customer service and a refund will be issued once we have received photographs of the damaged item. email@example.com
